Refund policy
✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund, items must meet the following criteria:
Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
In resalable condition.
Hygiene Note: For the health and safety of all pets, items such as bowls, collars, or bedding must be returned in their original, unopened packaging if hygiene seals are present.
📝 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at mailto:support@seenewpaw.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately, no return shipping needed in most cases.
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping: For returns due to change of mind, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
❌ Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized items.
Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Opened hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable).
